We want you to love your Charmed Golf gear, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. You may return unused and unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. To start a return, please reach out to our support team with your order details. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Custom items or final sale products are generally not eligible for return.

Charmed Golf currently uses automated USPS rates to ensure you get the most accurate shipping costs at checkout. We work hard to process and ship all orders for charms, add-ons, and swag as quickly as possible, typically within a few business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase, as we cannot redirect packages once they are in transit. Delivery times vary based on your location and the USPS service level selected.
